QSI Automation is a single source supplier for turnkey molding systems, robot integration, vision systems, assembly cells, test equipment and vibratory feeding applications. We also offer mold design and build, molding machine rebuilds and retrofits, control upgrades and prototyping services.

History:

QSI Automation, Inc. was founded as a partnership in November of 1988. Initial business was in vibratory feeder bowls, conveying systems, control panels, and automated equipment. In 1991, an alliance with an injection molding machine supplier was formed to offer automated insert molding systems. This alliance continues today, as an important strategic partnership.

As QSI continued to grow over the years, additional expertise was added in the area of mold making. In 1997, QSI acquired an experienced mold shop and brought this knowledge and capability in-house. Additional machining capabilities were also added, keeping virtually all machined components for automation systems, molds and molding machine retrofits in-house.

In 2002, the Rebuild department was launched. Responding to numerous requests from our customers to assist with their molding machine needs, QSI expanded by adding the technical experience to rebuild, retrofit and service our customers injection molding machinery.

Beginning from a garage in 1988, QSI has seen consistent growth, year after year. With today's 25,000 sq. ft. facility and over 40 qualified and experienced employees, QSI has the capacity, knowledge and expertise to make your project a success.
